Pudli Pod Privacy Policy

Pudli Pod is a calm play app for children ages 2 to 5. Short version: Pudli Pod collects nothing about you or your child.
Who we are
Pudli Pod is made by Kosmodos Studios. “We” and “us” on this page mean Kosmodos Studios.
What we collect
Nothing. The current version of Pudli Pod:
- does not ask for a name, email, age, photo, or any other personal information
- has no accounts or sign-in
- does not ask for internet access, so it cannot send anything off your device
- does not use the camera, microphone, location, or contacts
- has no ads, analytics, crash-reporting tools, or social features
- does not include third-party tracking or advertising code
We never sell or share information about you or your child, because we don’t have any.
What stays on your device
To keep the room the way your child left it, Pudli Pod saves one small file on the device. It holds only:
- where each toy and character was placed in the room
- which characters were tucked into the tray
That’s all. The file never leaves the device, we can’t see it, and it isn’t included in Android cloud backups.
Google Play
You download Pudli Pod from Google Play, which is run by Google. Google may collect information about your device and the download under its own privacy policy. As the developer, we may see combined statistics from Google Play, such as how many people installed the app and how often it crashed. These numbers don’t identify you or your child.
Children’s privacy
Pudli Pod is designed for children ages 2 to 5 and their grown-ups. Laws and rules like the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families policy protect children’s information. We built Pudli Pod so it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe we have somehow received information about your child, contact us and we will delete it.
Links, purchases, and the parental gate
The current version has no links out of the app, no purchases, and no sign-in. When we add any of these, they will sit behind a parental gate, a simple check that a grown-up can pass but a young child can’t.
Deleting data
To remove everything Pudli Pod saved, uninstall the app. You can also clear it without uninstalling: open your device’s Settings, go to Apps, then Pudli Pod, then Storage, and tap Clear storage. The room will start fresh.
Planned features and future changes
We plan to add two optional features later:
- A caregiver account that lets a grown-up sync the room’s progress across devices. This would mean storing an account identifier and the saved room layout on a server.
- A one-time purchase to unlock more of the game, behind a parental gate and handled by Google Play.
Neither feature is in the app today. Before either one ships, we will update this policy to say exactly what is collected, why, and how to delete it, and we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
